With over 10 years of experience in a professional office setting and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Ally manages administrative duties, HR responsibilities, and all things office related for Tree Line. Prior to working here at Tree Line, Ally worked as Design Assistant and Project Manager for a boutique Interior Design firm. While simultaneously managing design projects, planning events, and flipping houses in the Los Angeles area, Ally was able to develop a knack for multitasking and working well under pressure.
As HR manager and EA at Tree Line, Ally is responsible for overseeing hiring, benefits administration, and taking the lead on initiatives important for company culture and company success.
