Edbreion Howard is a Vice President at Tree Line Capital Partners and, along with the Senior Vice President, is responsible for Loan Servicing oversight.

Edbreion has been involved in the Loan Servicing industry since 2012.  He began his career as an Analyst at One West Bank, which serviced 154,000 loans in the residential space.

Prior to Tree Line, Edbreion was Vice President-Head of Mortgage Servicing at IBC Mortgage. He served as a member of the IBC Mortgage Board of Directors and managed an $885MM loan portfolio consisting of 12,000 loans of various types, structures, and investors.
