Nicole Fiorenza Antoon
Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Nicole Antoon is Tree Line’s CCO and Counsel and has been with the firm since its founding. Nicole is responsible for managing all regulatory and contractual compliance on behalf of the firm and its funds. Through her work with Tree Line and association with Enhanced Capital, Nicole has over 17 years of experience managing compliance of numerous state and federal programs, laws, and regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act and the Small Business Investment Company Act. In her past life, Nicole was an attorney specializing in corporate transactions and before law school was a commercial lending credit analyst and lender with Capital One.

During her college years, Nicole was a member and Captain of Louisiana State University’s “Golden Girls”. The Golden Girls are a part of LSU’s “Tiger Marching Band” and have been performing at LSU football games for over 50 years
